shipping & returns

It's a one-woman team here so please allow 5-7 business daystar your order to be fulfilled and shipped. This time frame will increase during busy times of the year, like the Holidays.

All stickers that you, the buyer, choose to 'use a stamp' for shipping will have NO tracking available because they are sent with a USPS forever postal stamp.

All other packages are sent either USPS ground, USPS priority or UPS. Shipping information will be emailed or texted to you by Shopify once the orders shipping label is created. Make sure you're information is correct at check out so you receive all notifications from Shopify.

Shipping providers do loose orders and this is completely out of our hands. Please, make sure your address submitted at check out is correct to possibly avoid your package being lost. Shipping damages do happen and are completely out of my control, please email me to talk about your individual situation.

I hope you love it all but just in case you don't I do accept refunds on non-damaged items. I can send you a return label and you will be refunded once the item(s) is received. Please, contact me within 72 hours of delivery to start your return.
